An answer as Tallycon sets it out, from made-up books (Marigold Spice Co). Each row's vouchers open beside the table; here, Orchid Distributors'.
  1. The figure
  2. The summary
  3. The schedule
  4. The proof

Works with TallyPrime. Read-only: Tallycon never writes to your books.

1. The answer first, then the proof

The answer above, to "Who owes us more than ₹5 lakh, and for how long?", has four parts, numbered on it:

  1. The figure. The headline in lakh or crore, with the exact amount under it.
  2. The summary. A few plain sentences on what the figure means.
  3. The schedule. A table with a Total row, and a count of vouchers on every row.
  4. The proof. Click a row and its vouchers open beside it, as Tally holds them.

2. Why the figures hold up

Computed, not guessed.

Tools read Tally and do the sums, counts, ageing and tax. The AI is handed those totals to quote; it does not add things up itself.

Cited from Tally.

A voucher appears as proof only if Tally returned it for that question. Anything else the AI cites is dropped before you see the answer.

Checked against Tally's own totals.

On live TallyPrime books, ledger, GST, TDS and payroll figures were checked against Tally's own totals, most of them to the paisa.

5. Your books stay in your office

Tallycon runs on a computer in your office and reads Tally over your own network. Tally's port is never opened to the internet. To answer a question, the data that question needs goes to the AI service; Tallycon keeps no copy of your books on any server.

6. Take the working with you

Every answer exports to Excel (the answer, every voucher, every Dr and Cr line) and to PDF (the schedule, then its vouchers). Send a party its statement as a PDF that is refused if it does not agree with Tally.
