Terms of use

Effective 23 October 2026.

These terms are between you and Ridepro Learning Private Limited, 105 Shaalimaar Complex, 19/1 Manoromaganj, Indore 452001, India ("Tallycon", "we"). By installing Tallycon, signing in, or using this website you agree to them. If you use Tallycon for a firm, you confirm you may bind the firm, and "you" includes the firm.

1. What Tallycon is

Tallycon is a desktop app that reads TallyPrime books on your network and answers questions about them, using an AI service. It only reads Tally; it does not post, alter or import vouchers. Tallycon accounts add sign-in, seats, roles and usage limits.

2. Answers are a tool, not advice

Answers are produced with an AI model from figures that Tallycon's tools compute from your books. Each row lists the vouchers behind it so you can check it. AI can still misread a question or describe a figure wrongly. You are responsible for checking an answer against the vouchers and your own records before relying on it, and for any return, audit opinion, filing or decision you make. Tallycon does not give accounting, tax, audit or legal advice.

3. Your data and your clients' data

Your books stay yours. You must have the right to read the books you connect, including any personal data in them, and to send the data a question needs to our AI provider. For your clients' books, you act as the Data Fiduciary and we process on your instructions, as set out in the privacy notice and, where we have signed one with your firm, a data processing agreement.

4. Plans, trial, payment, cancelling and refunds

Plans and prices are on the pricing page. Prices exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate. A plan includes an allowance of questions per month; beyond it Tallycon refuses new questions until the month resets or you buy a top-up. A partner can also set lower monthly limits for the firm, a seat or a client; a question past one of those is refused until a partner raises that limit or the month resets, and raising a limit never adds to the allowance. The free trial lasts 14 days, has a usage limit, and ends as soon as you start a paid plan.

Online payment is not open yet. Until it is, a paid plan is on the terms we agree with you in writing. Once it opens, payments are taken by Razorpay, our payment provider, and Razorpay's receipts are your GST tax invoices. The rest of this section then applies.

Monthly plans renew automatically each month: Razorpay charges the card, UPI Autopay or bank mandate you authorise until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge; your plan keeps working to the end of the month already paid for, and that month is not refunded.

Yearly plans are paid in advance for the year and do not renew automatically. We send a payment link for the next year 30 days before the end of the term and remind you 7 days and 1 day before. If you stop using Tallycon or cancel during a year, the rest of the year is not refunded, in whole or pro rata.

Cancelling: a partner cancels on the Billing page of the Tallycon admin console, or by writing to contact@ridepro.in. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and a partner can undo it before then. Nothing is charged after that.

Changes: moving to a higher plan is charged for the rest of the current period straight away. Adding seats is charged for the days left in the current period. Moving to a lower plan or fewer seats takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no refund.

Top-ups count for the month they are bought in (a top-up bought in a month's last 7 days also covers the next month, its unused part carrying over once). They are never refunded, used or not.

Billing errors: if we charge you by mistake, for example twice for the same thing or for something you did not order, we always refund the wrong charge.

Late payment: if a monthly charge fails, Razorpay retries it over the next three days and your plan keeps working for 4 days after the charge was due. If a yearly term ends unpaid, your plan keeps working for 7 days. After that, Tallycon stops answering new questions for your firm until payment is made; saved conversations and exports still open. If your firm does not pay or come back within 12 months of the plan ending, we delete its account data as the privacy notice describes.

If you use your own Anthropic key, you pay Anthropic directly for that usage under your agreement with Anthropic.

5. Acceptable use

You will not: use Tallycon on books you are not allowed to read; try to get around its read-only checks, access controls or usage limits; share sign-in codes or seat access outside the seat holder; reverse engineer the service except as the law allows; or use it in breach of law or of Anthropic's usage policies.

6. Accounts and security

Keep your devices and email secure. Tell us at contact@ridepro.in if you think an account or device is compromised. A partner can remove a person or device at once. We may suspend access that puts other customers or the service at risk, and will tell you why.

7. Availability and changes

The desktop app works without our service in direct-key mode. Tallycon accounts work offline for a grace period after the last check with our service. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted, unless a signed service-level agreement says otherwise. We may change features; we will not remove a feature you pay for during a paid term.

8. Third parties

Tallycon relies on Anthropic (AI), Fly.io and Amazon Web Services (hosting), Postmark (email) and Razorpay (payments), and works with TallyPrime, which is a product of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We are not responsible for their products or services. Tallycon is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tally Solutions; see the trademark notice.

9. Intellectual property

We own Tallycon. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your plan, or under these terms if you have no plan. You own your books, questions, answers and exports.

10. Liability

Tallycon is provided as it is. Apart from what these terms say, we give no promise that it suits a particular purpose or that every answer is right; that is why each answer shows its vouchers.

To the extent the law allows:

  • our total liability to you for all claims, of any kind, is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim;
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue or goodwill, or loss arising from relying on an answer without checking it against its vouchers;
  • nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Ending

You can stop using Tallycon at any time. On ending, your data on your computers stays with you; you can ask us to delete your firm's account data as the privacy notice describes.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

If a dispute arises, either side may write to the other, and we will try in good faith to settle it within 30 days. If it is not settled, it will be referred to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of the arbitration is Indore, and it will be conducted in English. Subject to this, the courts at Indore have exclusive jurisdiction, including for interim relief.
