For accountants: the exact figure, in Tally's terms, with the working as a file

It doesn't replace you. It does the adding up.

You keep the books. Tallycon answers the questions that mean opening several reports and totalling by hand, and shows the vouchers so you can check the working.

A Hinglish question answered with a count of 63 vouchers, a table by voucher type with amounts and voucher counts, the rupee, lakh and crore toggle, and the vouchers behind the answer open beside it
Asked: “April mein 1 lakh se upar ke kitne vouchers the?”

1. It speaks Tally

Answers use your ledgers and groups, your company's own voucher types (a "Bank Payment" under Payment is found), Dr and Cr, and bill-wise references. Tables show amounts to the paisa; headlines are in lakh and crore.

2. Finds what is slow to find

  • Vouchers without narration, or above an amount, with the exact count
  • Entries saved more than 30 days after their date
  • A party's pending bills and the receipts that settled them
  • Debtors with a credit balance, creditors with a debit balance, ledgers over a limit
  • Daily and monthly totals with the vouchers for each day or month

Ask in English or Hinglish: "April mein 1 lakh se upar ke kitne vouchers the?"

3. The working goes out as a file

  • Excel: the answer, every voucher, and every Dr and Cr line, ready for a pivot.
  • PDF: the schedule with its vouchers.
  • Statement PDF to send a party, on your letterhead details from Tally, refused if it does not agree with Tally's totals for that ledger.
  • A drafted message to the party (a reminder or a confirmation) when you ask for one, with a Copy button.

4. Fewer calls from the owner

The owner can ask "who owes us" from anywhere and see the same vouchers you would show.

5. Stop and pick up again
