Prices are per seat and exclude 18% GST. Pay for a year at a time, or month to month for a little more. When accounts open, you will be able to start with a 14-day free trial, with no card needed.

2. Free trial
When accounts open, a firm will be able to try Tallycon free for 14 days:
- No card needed. You will sign up with your email address and a code we send to it; we will not ask for a card, a phone number or a GSTIN.
- Up to 3 people, each on up to two of their own computers, with a set number of questions for the firm.
- One trial per email address. Subscribing during the trial will end the trial and start your paid plan that day.
- If you do not subscribe, your account on our service will be deleted 60 days after the trial ends. Your books stay where they always were, in Tally on your computer.
3. How questions are counted
A typical question counts as 1. A heavy one, such as a year-long read of every voucher, counts as about 3. The questions in a plan are for each calendar month and do not carry over. The office copy of Tallycon that answers for remote laptops does not take a seat.
4. Top-ups
When accounts open, a partner will be able to buy more questions for the month:
- ₹1,000 plus GST for 200 questions, as many packs as you need.
- A top-up counts for the month you buy it. One bought in the last 7 days of a month will also cover the next month: whatever is unused when the month ends will carry over once.
- Unused top-ups are not refunded. Top-ups will not be sold during the free trial or on the plan that uses your own Anthropic key.
5. Ways to pay less, or differently
Offered when Tallycon accounts open:
- Yearly billing costs less than month to month: ₹999 against ₹1,199 a month on Owner.
- ICAI members: 20-30% off the CA Firm plan.
- The first 20 firms keep the launch price for two years in return for a case study.
- Bring your own Anthropic key: ₹1,499 a seat a month billed yearly (₹1,799 month to month), with no questions included; you pay Anthropic directly for what you use.
6. Questions people ask
What is a seat? One person, signed in on up to three of their own computers.
What does the cost under each answer mean? It is what that answer cost in AI at list price, so you can see where the questions go.
What happens at the limit? Once accounts open, Tallycon will tell you plainly, with the limit, what was used and when it resets, and will not retry. A partner will be able to buy a top-up, or raise a cap the firm set lower than its plan.
Do I need a TallyPrime licence? Yes. Tallycon reads your TallyPrime; it does not replace it.
Is GST included? No. Every price on this page excludes 18% GST, which is added to the invoice.
